On Midsummer Eve 2021 citizens of Cambridge came together to declare the rights of the River Cam to pledge to rescue it from over-abstraction, pollution and encroachment of a massive programme of development of buildings and infrastructure which threatens to take its last drops of water and end its natural flow.
